My Brother.....

Jocelyn Palm, the consultant for SDSS spent WDSD at my Colonsay school where the SRC hosted a cake auction that raised $890 for SDSS and a short assembly. They had a slide show, a video from the CDSS website, a few words from SDSS and then Quinten Hobman, 14 years old, got up and gave a short speech about Down syndrome, more accurately about his little brother Emmett who happens to have Down syndrome. What that 14 year old boy put into words was remarkable, touching, heartfelt and 100% honest. Way to go Quinten!

Read what Quinten had to say here.
