Board Member - President
Miranda Klinger lives in Regina with her best friend (& soon-to-be-husband), Ryan and four daughters - Ava, Kendal, Morgan and Arwen. She operates a busy home daycare by day and can be found running between the girls’ activities, school CSCC meetings, parent group meetings, and once in a while a Globe Theatre show by night. Miranda has been involved with the SDSS since 2009, shortly after Kendal was born. After “getting her feet wet” assisting with a few fundraising endeavours, she stepped into the role as a Director for the Board focusing mainly on co-chairing the New Parent committee. Before long, Miranda was nominated for the Vice Chair position, and has recently accepted a nomination to Chair. She looks forward to furthering the work and vision of the SDSS in this province, picking up where some amazing members have left off, and most importantly ensuring that all people with Down syndrome in Saskatchewan have a voice that is being heard.
